I have quite a unique and extensive background in the field of Early Childhood Education, spanning over 25 years. I take pride in my thorough understanding of the sector and the various roles within it. I started my career in Early Childhood, helping out with tea breaks and cleaning the kitchen after high school. I soon knew this was the industry for me and gained formal qualifications that led me to room leading for 7 + years and, more recently, consulting, training and mentoring across multiple early learning centres.

 

My career highlights have included setting up, resourcing and training educators in over eight purpose-built childcare centres. My passion for best practice led me to enrol and complete my TAE Cert IV, I was excited to return to studying and learn the finer details about meeting clients needs, custom designing training packages and high quality presentations. 

 

After having my son in 2021 I started my own small business where I focused on sharing my knowledge with small business that were primarily in the mums and bubs space. Designing graphics for social media, blog writing and creating product descriptions.

 

After re-locating to Regional Victoria in 2023, I identified the limited support available for educators and this is when my business expanded to Create4me- Early Ed workshops where i spend my time supporting local centres to identify any training gaps and then creating and delivering high-quality training. Whether coming off the back of an Assessment and Rating, undertaking self-assessment, or planning your professional development calendar, I can custom design workshops to meet your centres individual needs. My mission is to support educators in Regional Victoria in being the best they can be in a relaxed, engaging and relatable way.
